NJ Senate Committee Passes .22 Rifle, Magazine Ban

New Jersey’s Senate Law and Public Safety Committee has passed Senate Bill 993, a bill banning certain .22 rifles and limiting all magazines to 10 rounds or less. The vote was along party lines, 3 to 2. The bill would ban any .22 rifle with a fixed magazine of over 10 rounds. This includes the …
